Situation:
Danny, a week ago we were having the quarterly planning meeting for product
 
Behaviour:
When Stephanie, the new Jr. PM, started talking you interrupted her almost as soon as she started making her point.
 
Impact:
After that, Stephanie shut down and didn’t contribute during the rest of the meeting.
